Ristorante Milano in Kolbermoor

So I'm disappointed ? I ordered a pizza bread today ?, nothing extraordinary ?‍♂️ and the taste didn't convince me at all ?. The pizza ? was black in some places and for me a little over-seasoned, as you know, it's a matter of taste, but I expected more for an Italian who should be able to eat pizza bread ? from the FF. In terms of taste, it was like a kebab around the corner for me. I would probably. Not such a harsh judgment but whoever asks 10.50 € for a 40cm pizza bread has to offer something in my opinion. I was amazed at the price ?

To be recommended at any time, we have been ordering there for many years and there have never been anything that could have been criticized. The staff are all very friendly, the food is great and the delivery is actually always very, very fast (less than an hour) ? By the way, Monday and Wednesday are pizza day, so each pizza costs only 6 € ich I have only eaten 3 on site so far or 4 times, but each time it was very comfortable, the staff was really very friendly and the food was a dream ?

Unfortunately only 2 stars. We ordered online for 6:30 p.m., the pizza arrived at 5:15 p.m. Fortunately, we have already been there. Then the pizza was more cold than warm and on the "salami pizza" there were 3 pieces of salami. I'm very sorry, but we're not going to order here again.

Have had it delivered. The delivery lady was very nice, unfortunately the pizza was not good. Tastes good, the edge crispy, but everything inside the edge was totally mushy and too thin and not baked through. You couldn't even grab the pizza because the wafer-thin dough was soaked. Not a nice dining experience. Pity!

We often order pizza to be delivered. It just stopped working lately. Several times it took over 2 hours. (We live in Kolbermoor) and it doesn't matter whether you order at 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. When asked, there was no apology or information about when the food will be delivered. At some point we eat cold pizza that has become hard. Today for the last time.

Very disappointing how you are treated as a long-time regular guest and customer (delivering food). You call, asks if a place is free, get the answer "Yes, we will definitely find a place for one person, no problem!", And then 30 minutes later you will be informed on site that all places are occupied, but you can / should sit at the counter (!) to eat in connection with the question of how long you need. I declined and said that I was very disappointed but received no understanding or apology from the boss and left. Not like that! Very bad service today, unfortunately ...

Tipped via the Lieferando website. When I asked the driver about it, I learned that the driver did not even get this tip. According to Lieferando, the money goes to Milano, who then have to spend it on the drivers. If that really doesn't happen, that's a cheek!

Excellent service. It is really rare that waiters are so courteous and also come by if you want something else. The pizza and pasta were really excellent. Gladly again. Great praise.

Good food in itself, but delivery definitely not recommended. The last three orders took almost 2 hours on average. When I called after 1.5 hours they said she had just left and would be there in a few minutes. When I called again after "a few" minutes to find out where my food was, they said it would now be prepared and that it would go out in 20 minutes. What shoud that?! When I order food, I'm hungry now and not in a few hours! ?

Attentive service with a lot of staff and friendly interaction, the food was delicious, pizza and starters are highly recommended!

Too bad. I've known the Milano for a long time. Apparently only size counts and not class. There was a thick dark long hair in the dessert and the lasagna was mostly burnt on the bottom and top. Sheets of dough also very much an dente. The supplier was great. There quickly (20 minutes after confirmation) and super friendly.

Wonderful pizza and feeling at home

As i read there were some serious comments on this one. Service is typical Italian style and can seem rude if you are not used to it. Staff was very friemelt though this time. Helpful with our baby, chair and stuff. Pizza was more than average, i would say good. (Main waiter commands his new staff like army recrutes, dont be scared)
